Precision at the Microscale: Low Input Spatial Proteomics in the 5xFAD Brain

Using the Evosep Eno and Orbitrap Astral Zoom, we applied a spatial proteomics workflow integrating AI-driven image segmentation with low-input mass spectrometry. This high-resolution pipeline reliably captured 5xFAD brain microenvironments, resolving distinct local proteomes to reveal diverging pathological pathways between plaques and microglial subtypes.
