Cost-efficient and sustainable
Automated workflows
Automated sample prep workflows have gained in popularity in proteomics laboratories. With an increased sample throughput on the Evosep One, it is possible to prioritize a high number of technical and biological replicates in a dataset providing excellent strength in the downstream bioinformatic analysis.

Emerging tool in discovery
Immunopeptidomics
Immunopeptidomics is a rapidly evolving field at the intersection of proteomics and immunology, aiming to unravel the complex landscape of peptides presented by major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules on the cell surface.
In recent years, technological advancements have revolutionized the field of immunopeptidomics, enabling high-throughput analysis of MHC-bound peptides. Innovations in mass spectrometry, liquid chromatography, and sample preparation have significantly increased sensitivity and throughput, allowing for the comprehensive characterization of immunopeptidomes.
Standardized and scalable
SINGLE CELL PROTEOMICSÂ
Single cell proteomics is a field in rapid development, enabled by significant technological improvements over the last years and it presents a key contribution to answer fundamental biological questions about heterogeneity within complex systems.
Explore how our customers have used the ultra sensitive Evosep One Whisper methods to achieve these technological advantages for single-cell proteomics.

Targeted, DIA, DDA
Quantitative accuracy
Data independent acquisition (DIA) strategies have appeared as a powerful alternative to classic data dependent acquisition (DDA) in shotgun proteomics.
DIA offers systematic measurement of all peptide ions regardless of their intensity by co-fragmenting all co-eluting peptides in broader precursor isolation windows. This provides a wider dynamic range of the proteomes analyzed, improved reproducibility for identification and enables better sensitivity and accuracy for quantification.
Robust and reproducible
PLASMA
Proteomics analysis of human blood offers an attractive and challenging pipeline for discovery of biomarkers. Over the last few years the need for, large cohort, plasma analysis using proteomic techniques has become more and more prevalent for both discovery and targeted workflows.
High throughput MS-based proteomics is being coupled with Machine learning, in order to identify significant biomarkers. Targeted workflows are then used to detect and quantify previously identified biomarkers.Â
Explore how the Evosep One, with high reproducibility and robustness, is ideally suited for analysis of large sample cohorts of blood plasma.

Fast and sensitive screening
Host cell protein
The growing field of biopharmaceutical drug development and production, has increased the demand for efficient and reproducible workflows for the detection of trace amounts of host cell proteins (HCPs) to ensure drug safety and purity.
Explore how, the Evosep One technology can speed up your HCP analysis.

Fundamental basic research
Protein Interactions
Proteins are the fundamental building blocks and control all biological systems in a cell.
The physical interaction between proteins define specific biological functions and signaling networks.
Explore how our customers have used Evosep One to scale the study of complex protein environments and understand cell biology.
Routine FFPE tissue analysis
Spatial proteomics
While large biobanks offer an invaluable resource for clinical and biomarker research, it has been challenging to integrate FFPE tissue samples with proteomics studies.
Sensitive and reproducible workflows are needed for clinical studies in general, but more important for sample types as FFPE, where the biggest issue is to reverse the crosslinks and efficiently extract proteins.
